Real Gem!!!! Enjoy your stay with friends and family at this fully remodeled, impeccably clean and conveniently located home in South Austin. Only 15 minutes from Zilker Park and downtown Austin, 3 miles away from the hill country where you can find the best distilleries, wineries and great restaurants. This spacious home accommodates 22 guests in 15 beds, ideal for large gatherings. Main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and guest house has a large bedroom and bathroom as well as kitchen.

The home is a contemporary farmhouse style one story home. The outdoor and indoor living areas are very open spaces and designed to entertain. Enjoy our large heated swim spa on our outdoor patio. Play table tennis and corn hole outside or relax around the fire pit (wood provided). High speed wifi internet, coffee bar, TV channels provided are Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO, cable channels as well as the Football Network for a wide variety of entertainment options. Other amenities include 2 sets of washer/dryers with detergent, 2 large refrigerators, microwave, all kitchen essentials, all bathroom essentials, soap, shampoo and hair dryer. Great home for Bachelor and Bachelorette groups, family gatherings, and reunions with friends.

Our stay was great. Our host were amazing getting back to us with any questions and concerns that we had very promptly. We survived the flood of 2025 there July 4 weekend thanks for the hospitality. It was great.

5 stars – A perfect stay! We had the best time at this wonderful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The location was ideal — peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying quiet mornings with coffee or winding down after a full day, it was the perfect retreat. You can really tell how much care and thought has gone into making this a special place. We were here for a funeral & host was very attentive to our needs…Highly, highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family gathering at Chris and Rose's home. The teenage cousins especially enjoyed having their own little house separated from the main house. The multigenerational group also enjoyed the huge hot tub and we had a blast playing ping pong on the back porch. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with all the supplies we needed to have meals at the house. We highly recommend booking this place for a large group of family members who would like to spend quality time together.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was not too far away from downtown, the area gave us the perfect space to relax, and the amenities were perfect! There was plenty of space and Chris and Rose were phenomenal hosts! Can’t recommend enough!

our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! plenty of space for everyone gathering, but also easy to spend quiet time away from group. the pool house was a huge bonus- great to have extra cooking and washing location, as well as space for folks that needed to remote work. there are SO MANY beds! very comfy and clean. loved having the large pantry to pack away food to cut down on clutter in kitchen, and had super large space with plenty of cooking tools for making family dinners. the swim spa was a fun highlight used for both relaxing and exercise. Quick access to hiway for fast trip downtown and airport (20 min). Would definitely stay again if entertaining larger group of visitors. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed staying here and had lots of fun including an outdoor bbq gril, a fire pit, and a huge hot tub. The guest house was also an additional fun stay. Plenty of beds to accomodate everyone. Chris notified us immediately about our belongings that were left at the house and kind enough to offer to mail those items to our home. highly recommend the place for anyone looking to stay in Austin.

Great stay near Austin! We had a large group out there to float the river in San Marcos for the weekend, and the house was incredible for chilling during off time. Huge house, massive hot tub, and a fair distance from lots of fun stuff. Only warning, be sure to accurately mention how many people you have going, as you will be asked to pay more for each added person above 11!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! They had all the essentials you could need. They had a fully stocked coffee bar. They had hair ties, soaps (hair and body- sensitive and nonsensitive brands), laundry soap, cleaners, feminine products, and linens. The swim spa was an amazing addition as well. The patio was nice and there was a ping pong table to play on. The pantry was big and spacious. They provided pool towels and mosquito spray. By having all of this it made it an ease on our vacation. They also provided wood for the fire pit. Overall this was a great place to stay. chris and Rose were wonderful hosts and very responsive.
