Our stay at Rosie’s place was absolutely fantastic!
From the moment we booked, she was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer messages and help with any little detail. It made everything easy and stress-free.
The house itself was perfect for our large group - plenty of space, comfy rooms for everyone (no need to share beds!), and it was spotless. The cozy decor made it feel like home, which was such a nice touch :)
Bathrooms were stocked with everything we could need (shampoo, lotion, you name it) and the kitchen had little extras like snacks and supplies.
The location was also super convenient, close to downtown and the airport, so getting around with Uber was pretty easy. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This space is fantastic. Definitely one of the most well-appointed AirBNBs I've ever stayed at. Pretty much anything you might need, they have it readily available, in an obvious spot (remotes, dishes, utensils, soaps, towels, hair dryer, folding table, the works).
There are so many beds here it's like an army barracks. You can sleep a small army here, perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties or just extended weekends with a group.
The place is very cozy, and the backyard and cabana are a blast. We didn't get to use the pool (it was cold!), but everything from the wet bar (complete with supplies) to the adjoining patio were great. Awesome place to relax, and the neighborhood is quiet.
I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Rosie’s place was BEAUTIFUL! A group of us visited for a bachelorette trip. The home was very clean and matched the description. Rosie was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. The cabana was nice as well and was fully stocked with drinks!

An amazing property and host like this do not come around very often! We found this property when looking for a place for my fiancés bachelor party. We liked how many beds it had, the amenities the house had to offer, and the easy access to support and downtown.
However, we were completely unaware that it would also come with an AMAZING HOST. Rosie made sure the house was stocked to perfection with beer, snacks, towels, body wash, and everything else you could imagine. She made sure from the moment we booked up until the day they arrived, that she communicated about reservations, recommendations, and the comfort of the boys. I truly have never encountered a more attentive and amazing host.
If you are looking for a big house that fits a large group but also a comfortable and clean and fun house, look no further!! You won’t be disappointed staying at this amazing house in Austin!

Great place to host our get together for the guys, home is large, with a convenient layout, great backyard with a large poo,l and covered outdoor entertainment area with plenty of seating and amenities, with a separate enclosed pool cabana (with it's own bathroom/shower for convenience). Rosie is an awesome host, very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay!

Absolutely amazing 5 star experience! We hosted my twin sister’s bachelorette for 14 women at this Airbnb, and it was perfect. The space was not only stylish and spacious but also impeccably clean. This is the perfect fit for a large group! The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and even providing thoughtful extras. Rosie was always one step ahead and anticipated everything you would need for a vacation! The location was ideal for our activities, and the amenities were top-notch. Every detail was carefully considered, making our celebration truly memorable. Rosie’s attention to detail was second to none! Rosie truly went above and beyond for our stay! I highly recommend this place for any group event or getaway! I will definitely be back to book this space!

I had to find an airbnb located in Austin last minute and booked the Poker Paradise and Pool Cabana. Rosie had it ready the next day and we even got to check in early! She was quick and responsive. The house was beautiful and had absolutely everything my family and friend group needed! Great location and safe neighborhood. You cannot go wrong with booking this place! I definitely recommend it.
